1. Assets: All account assets, including spot, Futures, and Earn assets in main and sub-accounts. Total account assets will be calculated every day and converted based on the coin-USD conversion rate at the calculation time. Spot assets include available, locked-up, and frozen assets; futures assets include margined and frozen assets, excluding unrealized PnL.
1) Daily Assets Holding (USD) = spot wallet + margin wallet + futures wallet + earn wallet
2) The USD equivalent of assets in the above wallets will be used to calculate the daily assets
3) A snapshot of the Daily asset holding will be taken using real-time USD exchange rate
2. プラットフォームが設定した「VIPレベル資格基準」に基づいて、VIPレベルが自動的にアップグレードされます。VIPレベルのいずれかの基準を満たしている場合、システムによりVIPユーザーに自動的にアップグレードされます。
3. VIPレベルは毎日00:00（UTC+8）にシステムによって自動的に更新されます。複数のVIPレベルの条件を満たしている場合は、システムによって最高のVIPレベルにアップグレードされます。
4. VIP to VIP Program: Users who have VIP status on any other exchange can upgrade to the corresponding level on NovaEx and enjoy the full package of benefits by submitting proof by contacting the VIP support email. User have 14 days to enjoy the corresponding VIP benefits. The VIP level will adjust to NovaEx's standard VIP criteria after the first 14 days. Each KYC verification can only make use of the 'VIP Sharing Program' once. NovaEx reserves the right of final interpretation for the VIP program.
5. Institutional users and API users are not eligible to participate in the Retail VIP Program.
